At Fitness 1440 we offer a variety of small group classes to suit the littlest of beginners through to advanced swimmers, adults and private classes. Our unique program is taught inside this beautiful indoor pool with a water temperature of 85-86 degrees. You will work with the area’s best instructors. This pool is the perfect destination for your little one or family to learn to swim with us.
