The Woodlands Aquatics Center is located at the top of the hill of The Woodlands Foundation campus. The Aqua Active Program provides regular, open swim opportunities and many choices for adult aquatic exercise sessions!
Aqua Active is brought to you by the British Swim School team. We teach water safety and learn-to-swim lessons year-round in an 88-degree therapy pool for children as young as three months to adults. This facility features on-deck changing, private showers, private changing facilities and lockers. With ample free parking and wheelchair accessible, this pool is the perfect destination for your little one or family to practice or learn to swim with us. Silver Sneakers also welcome!
Membership includes any of these classes:
