It may be an old cliché, but time sure flies! When November comes around, I realize how quickly the calendar year has gone and that it’s been a year since our last franchisee conference. Next week we will gather as one British Swim School family to talk about our successes, share stories, dole out advice and meet our newest BSS family members. We have such an amazing network of franchisees spread across the U.S. who are doing great things and making a tremendous impact in their communities. I can’t wait to get these rock stars in one room and just watch it light up with energy!
To our customers, you are a huge and important part of our family, too. We love growing to know you; you trust us and we care about your success and happiness. Thank you for choosing British Swim School to care for and teach your loved ones. It’s an honor and privilege.
Lastly, did you know that November is Child Safety and Protection Month? This message aligns so closely with our mission. We all want to keep children safe but it takes energy, education and effort. We need to collectively know the dangers that exist in our homes and out in the world. And without instilling fear, we need to teach our kids how to be safe. Please make sure everyone in your family knows general safety rules around water and in any other potentially dangerous situation. These life skills are so important! Take the water safety pledge today.
