Makeup Policy
- Makeup Eligibility: Students enrolled in private lessons may receive a complimentary make-up class in one of our regularly offered group lessons if the absence is reported at least 48 hours in advance via the BSS mobile app. Make-up classes are scheduled based on availability and must match the student’s current level.
