Jael was born and raised in the Atlanta area. With her earliest memories involving fun at the pool, it is safe to say that she is a fish! Upon joining swim team in High School, her love for the water was reinforced by her promotion to captain in her senior year. Prior to starting here early 2017, Jael spent multiple summers teaching lessons at the YMCA. We knew we had the right candidate when we noticed her gentle spirit, solid background in swimming, endearing love for children, and the way she communicated with the team. Shortly after hiring she was quickly promoted to lead instructor and now is taking the reigns of Aquatics Director!
We took a moment to ask her a few questions:
What do you like best about working at British Swim School?
“I love working here for many different reasons, but I have to say my favorite part is the super friendly, and easy going environment we’ve created. It makes the kids want to be here instead of dread coming to class, and us as instructors love coming to work! We get to forget about whatever’s going on in our lives and come to work and have a fun and enjoyable time, and brighten every kid’s day at the same time.”
