A day at the pool is a blast for young swimmers. But for children who haven’t developed water safety skills, water can be a dangerous thing. That’s why British Swim School Williamson offers water acclimation and water safety classes for infants as young as three months old. These parent-assisted classes are the perfect way for young children to overcome their fears of the water and start to develop the safety skills needed for safe play at the pool or at the beach. The most important skill we teach in these classes is back-floating, which allows children to float with their face above the water line.
