Our curriculum is performance-based. Students in our Greater Houston Heights, Garden Oaks and Oak Forest programs are evaluated monthly, allowing them to progress at their own pace while mastering essential strokes and water safety techniques.

You join a small group and receive individual attention and tailored instruction. Water acclimation and water survival programs have a 4:1 student-to-instructor ratio, with stroke development programs maintaining a 6:1 student-to-instructor ratio.

Our step-by-step program focuses on water acclimation, survival skills, and stroke development. The familiar format of each lesson offers comfort and consistency as you progress through our levels, making each transition smooth and seamless.

Swimmers can start as early as 3 months old—because it’s never too soon to learn water safety. There’s no age limit, so whether you’re learning as a toddler, teenager, or anywhere in between, we have a program to help you become a safer swimmer.

No, our programs in the Greater Houston Heights, Garden Oaks and Oak Forest neighborhoods are open to all local residents. We welcome families from across Houston, Harris County and beyond looking for high-quality, professional swim coaching.

Monthly lessons build "water muscle memory." By attending weekly sessions year-round in the Greater Houston Heights, children maintain their confidence and safety skills, ensuring they don't regress during the off-season.

Our program is designed as a convenient, ongoing monthly membership. This ensures your child’s spot is secured every month, allowing for steady progress and consistent skill-building without the hassle of re-registering for every new session.

Not at all! We believe in the quality of our instruction, so we offer a month-to-month membership with no long-term commitment. We simply ask for a 30-day notice for any schedule changes or plan cancellations.

Consistency is the secret to water safety. By maintaining a monthly routine at any of our Greater Houston Heights facilities, children develop deep muscle memory and confidence that stays with them for life, rather than losing progress during the "off-season." Our year-round program is a popular after-school activity for kids from most of the area elementary schools including Oak Forest Elementary, Sinclair Elementary, Harvard Elementary, Love Elementary, Field Elementary, and many more!

Yes! Since we run year-round at the LA Fitness at Yale and the Katy Freeway; the LA Fitness at N. Shepherd and 43rd; and the 24 HR Fitness at 18th and TC Jester. You can enroll your child whenever you’re ready to start. We’ll find the perfect level-appropriate class for their current skills.

Finding your level is simple. Select your nearest local pool and complete our online swim assessment. This fast tool matches the swimmer's age and experience with the ideal curriculum level. Once matched, you can view current class schedules, select a convenient day and time, and register online. If you need assistance, our team is just a phone call away.

Safety is our top priority. Every swim instructor undergoes a rigorous vetting process and completes our comprehensive, proprietary British Swim School certification program. Additionally, our instructors hold nationally recognized certifications in Lifeguarding, CPR, and First Aid. This ensures you and your family receive expert instruction focused on water survival skills and life-saving techniques in every single lesson.

Our curriculum is built on a goal-driven, step-by-step progression where students learn at their own pace. Each distinct swim level features five clearly defined safety and skill milestones. Instructors continuously track performance during lessons to celebrate achievements. Once a student masters the five goals of their current level, they transition seamlessly to the next class tier without waiting for a new semester to begin.

We keep our class sizes small to ensure personalized attention and maximum water safety. Our water acclimation and toddler water survival classes maintain a strict 4:1 student-to-instructor ratio. As swimmers advance into our stroke development and pre-team levels, classes maintain a 6:1 student-to-instructor ratio. This guarantees a supportive, focused environment for every swimmer

Our specialized, year-round curriculum is divided into three primary programmatic tiers: Water Acclimation (building comfort and breaking water fear), Water Survival (teaching foundational life-saving floating and breathing techniques), and Stroke Development (mastering competitive swim strokes, speed, and stamina). Within these tiers, we offer targeted programs for infants, toddlers, kids, teens, and adults, alongside specialized adaptive aquatics.

Children can begin learning vital water safety skills in our infant classes as early as 3 months old. We firmly believe it is never too soon to introduce babies to gentle water acclimation. Our programs feature no upper age limit, meaning we provide tailored classes for every milestone—whether you are looking for toddler survival skills, youth swim technique, or adult swimming lessons.
