If your child is between 3 and 36 months old, we recommend starting with our Tadpole program.

This is an inviting, mommy and me-style class where you will assist your child in water acclimation. Our instructors lead an engaging, fun class, complete with splashing and singing. With infants this young, we focus mainly on getting them comfortable in the water and reducing fear.

You will be led through exercises that teach assisted floating on the back with the ears in the water, as well as gentle submersion. We also encourage the children to begin independent water exploration in our age-appropriate setting.

With our swimming classes for children, you’ll find small, intimate class sizes. All our classes will have between 4 and 6 kids at a time. This is imperative so your child can receive the individual instruction and attention they need to master the skills.
