And with a perpetual program that has no set start or end dates, you can begin your swimming lessons at any time.   
3. Can I take swimming lessons if I have chronic joint pain? Yes! You lose about 90% of your body weight in the water, making swimming an excellent full body workout for anyone, especially those suffering from knee, ankle, and foot pain.
4. Isn’t it too late to learn how to swim? Absolutely not! Whether you’re 22 or 82, every adult can learn how to swim and be safe in the water.
