“Hello!!! My name is Gaby. I have recently graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington, majoring in Criminal Justice to pursue a career in Homeland Security. Before coming back to North Texas, I lived in South Texas for seven years, and came back before entering high school. I learned how to swim during my sophomore year in high school, when I did not know any of the four strokes at all, but as I continued my swim journey, I realized how easy and fun it was to swim! After graduation, I became a lifeguard for the city of Irving, and after a long summer of lifeguarding I became a swim instructor for Irving ISD, and realized I enjoy more teaching kids how to swim safely than sitting on a stand watching others have fun. I am very excited to be part of the British Swim School family and be able to teach your kiddos how to swim in a very fun and safe way!!! A couple fun facts about me are that I am fluent in both English and Spanish, and my favorite NFL team is the Dallas Cowboys!”
