at YWCA Northeastern Massachusetts

Swim lessons at British Swim School Merrimack Valley located at the YWCA showcase a parent viewing area and complete locker room access. The YWCA is located across the street from Campagnone Park, directly next to the YMCA. There is plenty of on-street metered parking. In addition, a parking garage is located behind the YWCA at 99 Amesbury Street. Please enter through the front entrance upon arrival and proceed to the reception desk. You don’t need a YWCA membership to take swim lessons with us.

Our unique program is taught by the area’s best-trained instructors. Training is developed and provided by the folks at British Swim School and is built on British Swim School’s long-standing, logically progressive, and goal-oriented curriculum. This program has been teaching water survival and swimming successfully and consistently since 1981!

THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOU REGISTER:

• Enrollment leads to an ongoing membership – we do not have sessions. This membership will be auto-renewed every month
• You remain enrolled with auto-billing until you give 30-days notice
• Start date: After enrollment, you will receive a welcome email with your start date confirmation and more details
• We do not offer trial classes
• Tuition: The monthly fee teach month will be determined by the number of lessons in the following month. For example, if your class falls on Thursdays and there are 4 Thursdays in the next month, you will be billed for 4 lessons. If there are 5 Thursdays in the following month, you will be billed for 5 lessons. Fees are automatically charged via credit card on the 20th of each month for the following month.
• 1st tuition payment today: Tuition is pro-rated for the remainder of the current month
• Annual membership fee: One time annual fee of $55 per family in addition to tuition is added to today’s tuition
• Enrolling after the 15th? We also include next month’s tuition
• Class ratio Children 4:1 (except Tadpole, Stroke) Adults 3:1
• Waitlist: No charge but a credit card is required to hold your slot.
• We will email and text you when a waitlist opens, and we require a response within 24 hours. After that, the slot will be given to the next person on the list.
