Students working to overcome their fear of the water will start with water acclimation. With encouragement and support from our instructors, students will work at their own pace to enter the pool and fully submerge themselves in the water. - Swim Instruction
Beginners will learn to tread water, back float, and swim freestyle and backstroke. As students advance, they will learn all four swim strokes: freestyle, breaststroke, backstroke, and butterfly, perfecting their technique and building speed in the pool.
In addition to swimming lessons for adults, we also offer classes for children and teens of all ages and abilities, beginning with our parent assisted water acclimation classes for infants.
