About Our Swim Program
Adult swimming lessons from British Swim School Flatirons provide adults 18 years of age and older with personalized instruction customized to every student’s skill level. We work with adults who have little to no experience swimming, as well as seasoned swimmers looking to further their skills.
- Water Acclimation
For those hesitant around the water, we start with water acclimation. This includes the basics, such as getting comfortable in a pool environment, full submersion at your own pace, and learning to back float independently. - Water Survival
Did you know that 77% of all drowning deaths in the US in 2010 were adults 20 years of age and older? At British Swim School Flatirons, our adult swimming lessons include instruction in life-saving water safety and survival techniques, giving students the knowledge and confidence they need to stay safe in and around the water. - Stroke Development
