British Swim School Water Survival Lessons

British Swim School Water Survival Lessons

Why does water survival need to be taught? Isn’t it just instinctive – like when grandpa used to throw his grandkids into the water and expect them to doggie paddle? Water survival isn’t instinctive and everyone needs lessons.

When we hear “water survival”, we know it is important for all of us. But where do we go to make sure our children learn more than just the basic strokes?

We chose British Swim School and we are amazed at our child’s overall progress in and out of the pool.

First the instructors assessed my child’s comfort in the water. They helped build her confidence and trust for the learning environment. Since then, my daughter has improved with each class. Now she not only knows basic survival skills like back floating, she also knows how to swim all four strokes. The coaches continue to work on refining her techniques and endurance to the point that she is almost ready for the the swim team.

One of my favorite things about British Swim School is the fun and gentle teaching methods they use to educate my child on water survival skills. That is where their experience shines in the pool!

They have a passion for making sure that all ages and ability levels have the opportunity to learn water survival and swimming techniques. Their program is tailored to each student’s past experiences and individual needs. British Swim School pioneered a non-traditional water safety program that provides a unique method to foster a love and respect for water within kids and adults. I am so grateful I found them! I would highly recommend visiting British Swim School online at www.BritishSwimSchool.com to get your infant or child in water survival lessons today.
