As part of their Grand Opening, British Swim School, Hamilton County is sponsoring a Family Safety Event on Sunday, August 26th, 2018 from 1:00pm-3:00pm at the Residence Inn Carmel, 11895 N. Meridian St. We invite families to come out to learn more about the importance of water safety year-round. Even though summer is coming to an end, water awareness continues to be important for all families and children in our community.
Parents/caregivers can participate in a FREE Hands-Only CPR class. Hands Only CPR is a lifesaving method that has been shown to be as effective as CPR with breaths during the first few minutes of providing care.
For the kids, Mr. Daniel will be on site sharing his love of music using singing, dancing, games, movement, and instruments. The Kona Ice Truck will be there along with a Bounce House– so bring the whole family! We will have games, trivia, safety presentations, and prizes!
Other representatives from the community will be present to share information about ways we can work together to keep our children safe and happy throughout the fall and winter months.
