Our Program – Safety first – Turtle 2 or Bust!
Our focused teaching method combines stroke instruction while teaching the back float as the primary method to stay safe in the water. Working on five skills in each level, our goal for each student is to eventually advance to Turtle 2, indicating completion of all of our safety training and a focus on stroke technique!
We Wear Swim Caps!
Your child’s swim cap is a sign of achievement for them and an important part of our safety protocol. Please make sure they are worn during each lesson. If you misplace yours, we would be happy to provide one at our cost and charge it to your account.
Make-Ups
- One no-charge make-up per month is available at any of our locations
- Make-up class must be completed within two months of the absence and while you are active in the program
- Make-up class may be scheduled no more than one week before the desired make-up date
- To schedule, use our app, talk to us at the pool, or give us a call
Monthly Billing
- The credit card on file will be charged on the 20th of the month. This reserves your spot for the next month.
- Billing occurs automatically unless you have given us notice to discontinue lessons.
- 30-day notice requirement to cancel
