at 24 Hour Fitness - Rancho Penasquitos

British Swim School at 24 Hour Fitness Rancho Peñasquitos is opening this April! In the Rancho Peñasquitos plaza at 10025 Carmel Mountain Road, the pool is easily accessible off SR-56 and I-15 and serves the communities of Rancho Peñasquitos, Poway, 4S, Miramar, Mira Mesa, Carmel Valley and surrounding neighborhoods. You don’t need to be a member of 24 Hour Fitness to enroll in lessons.

Our unique and effective program has been helping teach water survival and safety to kids and adults for over 40 years. We teach our lessons in a warm and clean indoor pool, providing a comfortable environment for learning. The pool is located directly off the main gym floor. The pool area has changing tents, a baby change table, bathrooms, and showers to meet your needs.

From water acclimation to stroke development, British Swim School of San Diego is the perfect destination for your little ones to become safer and happy swimmers.

Lesson Pricing & Fees

We offer classes and pricing to suit your family’s needs.

Take advantage of our multi-class, multi-family member, and military discounts!

Save up to 10% when registering for multiple classes or multiple family members. Military personnel also receives a 10% discount on our classes. Discounts cannot be combined.

$40 Annual Fee

Kids Group Lessons

$148 Per Month

1 Lesson Per Week (4-5 Lessons Per Month)

Semi-Private

$250 Per Month | Per Student

Ratio 2:1
Both students must be enrolled together

Private Lessons

$450 Per Month

Adult Lessons

$184 Per Month

Fee Details

We do not use fixed sessions, so you can start your enrollment at any time to fit your schedule. Students can move up to the next level as soon as they are ready!
All classes are 30 minutes long.
All survival classes, including adults, are conducted in small groups (4:1 student/instructor ratio max, Tadpole and Stroke Development classes 6:1 student/instructor ratio max).
All programs are non-transferable, and we require 30 days advance notice to withdraw from any class.

Private and Semi-Private lessons are available upon request and subject to availability. Please call our office for more information.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Your card will be automatically debited around the 25th of every month for the following month’s lessons.
When you initially enroll, your first month’s tuition will be pro-rated based on the number of classes you will receive. If you enroll on the 15th of the month or later, you will automatically be registered for the following month as well.
