Our Story: Your Introduction to British Swim School

British Swim School of Northwest Detroit is locally owned and operated by Todd and Christine Schultz. Todd is a former high school teacher, football coach, and athletic director. The Schultz family is excited to bring the British Swim School program to the Detroit metro area and serve its growing population.

“People tend to think of swim lessons as being just for children,” said Todd. “We have quite a few adults who, for one reason or another, never learned to swim as children, so are coming to us to learn this critical life skill.”

Swimming is an important life skill that everyone should learn. That’s why we pride ourselves on providing a safe and supervised environment for swimmers to build confidence and improve water safety. The benefits of swimming are endless, and it’s also a lot of fun!
