1. What will my child learn in swimming class?
   While this will depend on your child’s age and skill level, all our Budd Lake area swimming classes place a strong emphasis on water safety and survival skills. Our littlest students start at three months old, acclimating to the water and learning the back float and gentle submersion. After water safety skills are mastered, kids move on to proper stroke technique, independent gliding, and how to prepare for swim team. Rest assured that no matter what level your child starts at, they will focus on water safety and survival skills first. As they learn, they will participate in lots of fun games and activities for repetition and muscle memory, and they’ll have a great time, too!
2. Where are swimming classes taught?

3. Do you offer classes for adults?
   Yes! At British Swim School North New Jersey, we believe it’s never too late to learn water safety and how to swim. Our swimming classes are available to adults 18 and older in the Budd Lake area, and cover water safety and survival, as well as propulsion and swim strokes.
