British Swim School North New Jersey is the premier provider of swim lessons to infants, kids, and adults, starting at just three months!

We are very excited to open our new location, The Carriage Club at Mt. Arlington – a luxury active adult rental community at 1 Hillside Drive, Mount Arlington, NJ 07856 located behind the Dollar Tree on Howard Blvd.

At Carriage Club, British Swim School will have exclusive private use of the heated indoor pool during swim lesson hours. This cozy 4 foot deep pool is ideal for our survival levels, which are taught with fun and gentle methods by professionally trained instructors who have a passion for safety and teaching.

Our small class sizes are ideal for your little ones, beginners, and swimmers of all ages and abilities. We also offer private classes for swimmers who want a little extra focus.

This location has easy access off Rt 80 at Exit 30 and has ample parking space; the pool entrance is located in the back parking lot of the community center. We welcome all swimmers from the neighboring towns of Mt. Arlington, Hopatcong, Landing, Rockaway, Dover, Randolph, Roxbury, Ledgewood, Succasunna, Flanders, Chester, Netcong, Stanhope, Byram, Mt. Lesson Pricing & Fees

We bill on the 25th of the current month for the upcoming month tuition. For example, on the 25th of July, we bill for August’s monthly tuition.

1 Class Per Week

Monthly discounted flat fee for 2 weekdays class weekly or 2 students* enrolled each in 1 weekday class weekly
(*) Equivalent to a monthly flat fee of $148.50 for each student/each class
8 to 10 Classes Per Month

Fee Details

Students who take lessons twice per week reach their goal three times faster!
You are automatically eligible for our *Best Value* price if:
- One student takes lessons 2x per week
- When an additional child or adult enrolls from the same household
ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FEE included with your initial payment:
- $40 per student/$50 per family.
FIRST MONTH’S TUITION: The classes of the first calendar month are paid upon enrollment on a prorated basis – you pay for a prorated monthly flat fee from your desired start date until the end of this month. You can start as early as today!

After this initial payment, your card will automatically be charged on the 25th of each month for the following month’s tuition.
As payment, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Amex. No cash or check payments.
All classes are 30-minutes long.
We allow FREE MAKE-UP lessons for reported absences. The make-up lessons will expire within the 4 months of the absence.
All classes, including adults, are conducted in small groups (4:1 student/instructor ratio max, Tadpole, and Stroke Development classes 6:1 student/instructor ratio max).
