As swimmers advance, they will learn basic swim strokes and kicks, increasing their skill and distance in the pool. For our more advanced swimmers, we hone in on perfecting their technique in four strokes: freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly.

Water safety and survival are included in all our adult swimming lessons and teach vital skills that include how to swim-flip-swim to safety, exit pools without a ladder, and assist someone in danger. Adult swimmers also participate in our swim school’s “Survival Week,” which allows students to experience a potentially life-threatening situation in a controlled setting.
