Welcome to British Swim School at Hilton Garden Inn - Manchester Downtown

Our pool is located within Hilton Garden Inn Manchester Downtown, located at 101 South Commercial St, Manchester, NH 03101. The pool is located on the main floor of the building and has its own entrance on the eastern end of the hotel, adjacent to the handicap accessible parking in the large parking lot. Please note that we do not offer drop-in services, a parent or guardian must always remain at the pool with adolescents.

When you arrive, British Swim School signs will guide you to the pool entrance. Our Deck Ambassador will greet you at the door, and ensure your arrival and your child’s introduction to their instructor is smooth, efficient, and as free from stress as possible.

Our unique program has been continuously refined for more than 40 years and is proven to be highly effective. We offer a variety of small group lessons to suit the littlest of beginners to advanced swimmers and adults. Plus, you will be working with some of the best instructors in NH!

The pool area features changing tents, bathrooms, and a rinsing shower to meet your needs.

Free parking is available in the larger of the two hotel parking lots.

THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOU REGISTER:

• Enrollment leads to an ongoing membership – we do not have sessions. This membership will auto-renew every month until you provide 30-days notice of cancellation.
• Registration Fee: A one-time fee of $60.00/family is charged when you sign up. This is used to purchase swim caps for your child as they progress through our program, as well as “welcome pack” and take-home/give-a-way items throughout the year.
• Waitlist: No charge but a credit card is required to hold your slot.
• We are a goal-based program, students progress when they achieve the goals of each level.
• If you are coming for your first lesson, please plan to arrive 10 minutes early for a brief introduction and orientation.
• We do not allow the use of swim goggles, flotation devices, or any other assistance devices until our swimmers reach the stroke development levels. This is to ensure they learn and practice their skills in the most realistic manner possible.
• All children 3 years and under, who are not potty trained, must be “double-diapered” to enter the pool.  This means one disposable swim diaper and one reusable swim diaper with an elastic waistband.
• Please don’t forget your towel.
• There is no food or drinks other than water allowed on the pool deck.
