British Swim School Helping Secaucus Kids Navigate Dangerous Waters
The British Swim School has opened at the Xchange at Secaucus Junction complex, offering a wide variety of programs for kids and adults.
According to the Center for Disease Control, drowning is responsible for more deaths among children four years and younger than any other cause.* Investing in swim classes has a better chance of keeping a child safe than a car seat. These surprising statistics have promoted the British Swim School to offer swim lesson all year long for kids of all ages and even adults.
More than 13,000 parents nationwide have entrusted their children to the highly skilled instructors at the British Swim School, which opened its latest school on June 13 using the heated indoor pool at the Xchange at Secaucus Junction complex. The classes are open to anyone, not just Xchange residents. There are classes for nine different skill levels from babies to adults and even people with special needs.
Some of the most popular classes are Mommy & Me or Daddy & Me classes, which allow parents to be part of their children’s learning process.
While swimming is often fun for children, the British Swim School classes are extremely results driven, with little playtime and a focus on skill development. The classes are very small – only a maximum of four students per instructor – and are filling up fast!
