at LA Fitness - Burlington

British Swim School – Burlington classes are held inside LA Fitness at 3011 Appleby Line, Burlington, ON L7M 0V7. Please note that we do not offer drop-in swimming or memberships. However, registered British Swim School members can access the pool for lessons. Our swimming lessons are open to the public, not just LA Fitness members; prior registration is required.

Our swim classes are held at the LA Fitness in Burlington North, conveniently located off Appleby Line and Dundas Street. There is free on-site parking available, so you can easily join us. You don’t have to be an LA Fitness member to participate in our program, which caters to everyone from beginner kids to advanced swimmers, adults, and private learners in small group classes. Our highly skilled instructors teach our unique program year-round, ensuring you receive the best training in the area. Our pool is the best place for you and your family to learn swimming skills. THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOU REGISTER:

• Annual Family Registration Fee: A $60 non-refundable fee charged once per year per immediate family, in addition to tuition. This fee covers registration, the first swim cap, and makeup lessons.
• Enrollment leads to an ongoing membership – we do not have sessions. This membership will be auto-renewed every month.
• You remain enrolled with auto-billing until you give 30 days’ notice.
• Tuition: Month by Month which is automatically charged via credit card on the 25th of each month for the following month.
• 1st Tuition Payment Today: Tuition is prorated for the remainder of the current month
• Start Date: Immediately after enrollment, you will receive a welcome email with your start date confirmation and more details. The first lesson will be immediate (Example: enrolled on Sunday for a Tuesday @ 4 pm class, it will be the immediate Tuesday in the week)
• We encourage you to download our Mobile App, to check your account, find classes, review policies, manage absences, and book a makeup.
• No trial classes.
• Enrolling after the 22nd? We also include next month’s tuition.
• Group Class Ratio 4:1 (except Tadpole and Stroke classes are 6:1).
• Makeups: You are eligible to book a makeup as long as you have paid the annual membership fee, are enrolled in the class, and provide us with 48 hours notice of the absence.
