Our Virginia Wesleyan University pool reopens March 2nd, 2024!

Virginia Wesleyan University is located off Northhampton Blvd in the Bayside Area of Virginia Beach. What to expect: Plenty of parking; Clean and modern locker areas; A food court and cafeteria for the hungry!

When you arrive a guard will stop you at the gate and ask for your destination you can say that you are attending swim lessons at the pool. You will turn left and follow the road to the traffic circle where you turn right. Ahead you will see the Batten Center and can park there to your right. Our sign will be on display there as well. Please walk into the Batten Center and follow the hall and make the first right turn, by the Welcome Desk down to the locker rooms on the left.

Lesson Pricing & Fees

Annual membership fee is $40 per family and due upon enrollment. We also offer Private or Semi-Private lessons, please call our office for pricing and availability.

Lessons Once A Week

$34 1 Lesson Per Week

Fee Details

Annual membership fee: $40; $30 membership fee for each additional child.
All classes are 30-minutes long and are conducted in small groups.
Private lessons are available upon request and subject to schedule availability. Please call our office for more information.

Class discounts available for lessons twice a week. Please call our office for pricing information.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
Tuition is charged automatically on or around the 20th of each month for the following month’s lessons.
Depending on the calendar month, the number of classes billed for may vary.
