Standard Lesson Details

• Payment is due at the time of registration. Tuition is auto billed to your credit card on the 25th of each month for the following month. All major credit cards are accepted.
• Private and semi-private classes are also available.
• Annual Registration Fee: $25 per individual.
• Your registration fee is good for one year and will renew on the anniversary of your enrollment. Fees paid are non-refundable. Notice is required for any cancellation.

12/6-Month Package Details

• Payment: Promotional tuition must be prepaid in full at enrollment.
• Combining offers: Promotional pricing applies only to new packages and can’t be combined with other discounts, scholarships, credits, or offers unless BSS expressly approves.
• Cancellation — benefits: Cancellation also forfeits all unused promotional benefits (birthday pool party, open swim, complimentary makeups, merchandise, other offers); BSS may also discontinue future lessons/benefits.
• Pool rental (12-month package): One 2-hour complimentary rental, must be used in a single day (not split), reserved in advance, subject to availability/staffing/hours/capacity. Covers rental only — hosting, staffing, decorations, food/drinks, extra guests, and other services cost extra (fees disclosed by call center at booking).
• Open Swim: 1 complimentary hour/week, must be used that week (no rollover), only during designated Open Swim times, advance reservation required, limited/not guaranteed.

• Makeup classes: Auto-assigned during the package term (no need to report absences); can be booked beyond the standard 5-day limit used for monthly plans; usable anytime while the package is active, subject to availability. After the package ends, remaining makeups follow standard policy/availability.
• Benefit availability: All promotional benefits depend on availability, scheduling, capacity, and staffing — not guaranteed for any specific date, time, or location.
• No cash value: Complimentary benefits can’t be exchanged for cash, refunds, credits, substitutions, or other services.
• Schedule changes: BSS may adjust instructors, class times, locations, or procedures as reasonably needed for operations, staffing, or safety, with advance notice when practical.
• Closures/interruptions: Weather, maintenance, or other disruptions may require rescheduling or relocating lessons; BSS will make reasonable efforts to offer makeups or alternatives per policy.
• Acknowledgment: By enrolling, the parent/guardian confirms they’ve read, understood, and agree to these terms.
