Welcome to British Swim School
at 24 Hour Fitness - Oceanside

We are excited to introduce our premier swim program to the communities of Oceanside and surrounding neighborhoods. British Swim School at 24 Hour Fitness Oceanside located at 4655 Frazee Rd, Oceanside, CA 92057. You don’t need to be a member of 24 Hour Fitness to enroll in lessons. There is plenty of free parking located just outside of the facility. The pool is heated and easily accessible through the lobby. The pool area has changing tents, a baby change table, bathrooms, and showers to meet your needs.

Our unique and effective program has been helping teach water survival and safety to kids and adults for over 40 years. We teach our lessons in a warm and clean indoor pool, providing a comfortable environment for learning.

From water acclimation to stroke development, British Swim School of Carlsbad-Encinitas is the perfect destination for your little ones to become safer and happy swimmers. Our fully-trained instructors create a supportive and nurturing environment where your child can learn and grow at their own pace.

THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOU REGISTER:

Enrollment leads to an ongoing membership – we do not have sessions. This membership will be auto-renewed every month.
You remain enrolled with auto-billing until you give 30-day notice.
Start date: Immediately after enrollment, you will receive a welcome email with your start date confirmation and more details.
Tuition: Monthly flat fee that is automatically charged via credit card on the 25th of each month for the following month.
1st tuition payment today: Tuition is prorated for the remainder of the current month.
One-time Membership fee: A one-time membership fee of $39 per student or $59 per family in addition to tuition is charged when you sign up.
Waitlist: No charge but a credit card is required to hold your slot.
We will email and text you when a waitlist opens, and we require a response within 72 hours. After that, the slot will be given to the next person on the list.
If you are coming for your first class, please come at least 5 minutes early for a short introduction.

Lesson Pricing & Fees

We offer classes and pricing to suit your family’s needs.

Take advantage of our multi-class, multi-family member, and military discounts!

Save up to 15% when registering for multiple classes or multiple family members. Military personnel also receive a 10% discount on our classes. Discounts cannot be combined.

Fee Details

2X THE LESSONS = 3X THE RESULTS! British Swim School recommends 2x per week lessons for every student who wants to see fast results and save in the long run, as students who take swim lessons 2x per week reach their goals 3x faster. This means that they also need fewer lessons in total, saving money in the long run. Why? You pay a lower tuition (*Best Value*) AND need to pay for less total lessons over the course of the program, compared to 1x per week. Reaching to your goal quicker and for less money – Smart!
We do not use fixed sessions, so you can start your enrollment at any time to fit your schedule. Students can move up to the next level as soon as they are ready!
All lessons are 30 minutes long.
All survival lessons are conducted in small groups (4:1 student/instructor ratio max). Water Acclimation under 3 years old and Stroke Development lessons are 6:1 student/instructor ratio max. Adult lessons are semi-private and are 2:1 student/instructor ratio max.
All programs are non-transferable, and we require 30 days advance notice to withdraw from any class.

ONE-TIME MEMBERSHIP FEE: $39 per student / $59 per family. (This fee is waived for military personnel – please mention this when you enroll, so we can check and waive the fee.). This membership fee will be included in your initial payment.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. No cash or check payments. Your card will be automatically debited around the 25th of every month for the following month’s lessons.
When you initially enroll, your first month’s tuition will be pro-rated based on the number of classes you will receive. If you enroll on the 15th of the month or later, you will automatically be registered for the following month as well.
We will email and text you when a waitlist opens, and we require a response within 72 hours. After that, the slot will be given to the next person on the list.
