Welcome to British Swim School at LA Fitness - Richfield

Very Conveniently located the Lyndale Station Shopping Mall, in South Minneapolis, easily accessible via 66th Street, Lyndale Avenue and 2 mins drive from I35, the British Swim School program operates inside the LA Fitness and offers a variety of small group classes to suit the littlest of beginners through to advanced swimmers, adults and private classes.

This facility features on deck showers and on deck changing (with private tents). Our unique program is taught by Minneapolis’s best instructors, inside a warm state of the art fitness center pool.

Located in Richfield with ample free parking, this location is easily accessible for customers living in Richfield, Bloomington, Edina, Lynnhurst, Windom, Kenny, Page and Nokomis neighborhoods and is the perfect destination for you, your little one or family member to learn to swim with us.

Lesson Pricing & Fees

We offer classes and pricing to suit your family’s needs.

$40 Registration Fee (covers the entire family)

Group Lessons

$35 Per Lesson

Fee Details

We do not use fixed sessions, so you can start your enrollment at any time to fit your schedule. Students can move up to the next level as soon as they are ready!
All classes are 30 minutes long.
All survival classes, including adults, are conducted in small groups (4:1 student/instructor ratio max, Tadpole and Stroke Development classes 6:1 student/instructor ratio max).
All programs are non-transferable, and we require 30 days advance notice to withdraw from any class.

Private and Semi-Private lessons are available upon request and subject to availability. Please call our office for more information.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Your card will be automatically debited around the 20th of every month for the following month’s lessons.
When you initially enroll, your first month’s tuition will be pro-rated based on the number of classes you will receive. If you enroll on the 15th of the month or later, you will automatically be registered for the following month as well.
