Our adult program has 3 levels: Adult 1, 2 and 3 and you will start your journey with us on the adult 1 level.
Each level has 5 goals to be reached to get to the next level.
Each student will learn at their own pace and will have to demonstrate that they have mastered those 5 goals to graduate into the next level.
Lesson overview:
In your initial lessons, your instructor will help you become comfortable in the water while teaching basic skills.
You will be in a group of up to 4 students, each focusing on different skills in their learning journey with us.
The instructor will rotate between students to provide personalized feedback, and you will have opportunities to practice independently with guided exercises.
