Our Aqua Active classes provide a low-impact, full-body workout to adults of all ages. Each 45-minute class takes place in our warm-water pool and is led by a certified instructor.
Water has more resistance than air, so exercises performed in the water burn more calories than standard exercises. Additionally, water aerobics can provide an alternative avenue to exercise for students with joint pain, assist with balance and coordination, help with injury recovery, and reduce stress.
