Our Poughkeepsie facility is available to rent for birthday parties and other special occasions. We have reserved Saturdays from 3:30 pm – 5:30 pm for parties. If you are interested, please contact our office today to see if your desired date is available. We will see you at the pool!

Our Birthday Party Package
$699
- 2 hours of full facility rental for up to 12 swimmers
- Open swim in our warm-water pool
- Lifeguards on duty
- Decorated party room including tables, chairs, table coverings, cups, plates, napkins, and cutlery
Please note that party rentals are only available to families who are currently enrolled in classes with British Swim School Hudson Valley.
FAQ
We do not have age restrictions, however, if a swimmer is not water safe or able to swim independently, an adult is required to be in the water with them or the swimmer is required to wear a U.S. Coast Guard approved life jacket.
Please note that all swimmers under the age of 3 or those not fully potty-trained are required to wear two diapers into the pool, a reusable swim diaper over a disposable diaper.
Yes! Parents and guardians are required to remain at the pool for the duration of the party. Parents and guardians are responsible for the safety of their kids while they are at the pool and in the water. Adult water watchers/swimmers supervising their kids are not included in the party head count.
Only U.S. Coast Guard approved life jackets are permitted to be used at the pool.
Of course! Food is not permitted on the pool deck, but you are welcome to bring your own food or drink to the celebration to enjoy after using the pool. We do not provide food and snacks.
Yes! We have festive and colorful decorations on site, but you are welcome to bring your own decorations if you would like.
Outside pool toys are not allowed, however, we have pool toys of our own for swimmers to use. Please speak with the lifeguards on deck if you are interested in using any of our toys.
