MEMBERSHIP FEE

• We charge a one time membership fee of: $55 per student (individual students); $65 per family (for two or more students).
• This fee covers your first-day cap, welcome swag, graduation caps, and administrative costs.
• Please note: A re-enrollment membership fee of $25 per student will be applied if re-enrollment is not initiated from a Membership Hold status.

CLASS DETAILS

• This pool location has a full 25-meter lane reserved EXCLUSIVELY for British Swim School families during their lessons.
• For the fastest progression, we recommend 2 lessons per week. You will receive 10% off your tuition enrollment.
• Our experience over 40 years has shown that children who take swim lessons 2 times or more per week reach their goals 3 times faster.
• All classes are 30-minutes long. All classes are conducted in small groups including Adults, with a ratio of 4:1 with the exception of Tadpole, Shark 1, Shark 2 ratio is 6:1.
• We allow UNLIMITED makeup lessons for all levels. Students are eligible for makeup lessons if the absence is reported in advance with rescheduling fee. 24 hour notice is appreciated.
• Special Ability lessons by certified instructors are available upon request and subject to schedule availability.

WAITLIST REGISTRATION 

• Once your waitlist spot opens, you will be automatically enrolled into that class. You will then have 24 hours to approve moving forward with the registration and enrollment with our school.
• Once you approve, we will send you a confirmation email with the details of your new class schedule and a fee receipt upon enrollment.

AUTOMATIC BILLING & TUITION

• Tuition Fees are billed ongoing as a flat monthly fee.
• Upon enrollment, you will be charged for the current month on a prorated basis, based on your requested start date.
• Your card will be charged automatically between the 25th and the 28th of each month for the upcoming month ongoing.
• *You may delay your start date by up to 2 weeks. To ensure you are charged correctly, note your requested start in the appropriate field in the registration form.
• When you sign up for our program, you will enroll into a 30-minute class that meets every week at the same time.
• Enrollment is open on an ongoing basis – we do NOT have sessions.
• Once registered, you will stay enrolled until you give us a 30-day written notice for cancellation requests via our British Swim School App.
• As payment we accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Your card will be charged automatically on the 25th of each month for the following month’s lessons.
