at Hilton Gardens Inn Hotel

Our pool is located within the Hilton Gardens Inn hotel at 8208 36 St, Leduc AB, T9E 0H7. The pool facilities are open to our valued members. Please note that we do not offer drop-in lessons or drop-in swimming memberships. Our lessons are specifically designed for our members, who have the privilege of enjoying access to our facilities as part of their membership.

When you enter the lobby, the pool will be towards the left of the reception area. The Deck Ambassador will be waiting to greet you by the door.

Our unique program offers a variety of small group classes to suit the littlest of beginners through to advanced swimmers, adults, and private classes. Plus, you will be working with some of the best instructors.

The pool area features poolside restrooms with a shower and changing tents.

If you are looking for a Private lesson, or Special Abilities Lessons, please call our office for special arrangements.

Free customer/guest parking is available in the attached parking lot in the front and sides of the hotel.

THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOU REGISTER:

Enrollment leads to an ongoing membership – we do not have sessions. This membership will be auto-renewed every month.
You remain enrolled with auto-billing until you give 30-days notice.
Start date: Immediately after enrollment, you will receive a welcome email with your start date confirmation and more details.
Tuition: Monthly flat fee that is automatically charged via credit card on the 25th of each month for the following month.
1st tuition payment today: Tuition is prorated for the remainder of the current month.
Annual membership fee: A one-time annual fee of $45 in addition to tuition is charged when you sign up.
Enrolling after the 22nd? We also include next month’s tuition.
Waitlist: No charge but a credit card is required to hold your slot.
We will email and text you when a waitlist opens, and we require a response within 24 hours. After that, the slot will be given to the next person on the list.
IF you are coming for your first class, please come at least 5 minutes early for a short introduction.

Fee Details

Our pool is located within the Hilton Gardens Inn hotel at 8208 36 St, Leduc AB, T9E 0H7. The pool facilities are open to our valued members. Please note that we do not offer drop-in lessons or drop-in swimming memberships. Our lessons are specifically designed for our members, who have the privilege of enjoying access to our facilities as part of their membership.
We do not use fixed sessions, so you can start your enrollment at any time to fit your schedule. Students can move up to the next level as soon as they are ready!
All classes are 30 minutes long.
All survival classes, including adults, are conducted in small groups (4:1 student/instructor ratio max, Tadpole and Stroke Development classes 6:1 student/instructor ratio max).
All programs are non-transferable, and we require 30 days advance notice to withdraw from any class.

Private and Semi-Private lessons are available upon request and subject to availability. Please call our office for more information.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Your card will be automatically debited around the 20th of every month for the following month’s lessons.
When you initially enroll, your first month’s tuition will be pro-rated based on the number of classes you will receive. If you enroll on the 15th of the month or later, you will automatically be registered for the following month as well.
