Offering you easy access via Lake Shore Drive just west of the intersection of 52nd Street and Lake Park Dr, the British Swim School program operating inside the La Fitness ‘Signature Club’ offers a variety of small group classes to suit the littlest of beginners through to advanced swimmers, adults, and private classes.

Our unique program is taught inside this fitness club’s warm indoor pool. This facility features on-deck restrooms, on-deck showers, and parking which is attached to the facility. Plus, you will work with the area’s best instructors.

Located in the beautiful Hyde Park neighborhood with discounted parking ($5/2 hours), this pool is the perfect destination for your little one or family to learn to swim with us.

For your convenience, MasterCard and Visa are accepted by our automatic monthly payment system. If you are looking for Private lessons, Semi-Private lessons, Adult classes or Special Abilities Lessons, please call our office for special arrangements. For special large group rates such as after-school programs, day camps, and other large group visit requests, please call as well.

Fee Details

One Group class per week is $35.00 in all Downtown Chicago and Skokie locations.
Each additional sibling receives 20% savings off the 1x per week rate at all locations.
We feel strongly about helping our students learn 3x faster, and frequency of swim matters. Take 2 lessons a week (or more) and receive a 20% savings at all locations. This discount is not applicable to the swim team or pre-team.
All our lessons are 30 minutes long and are conducted in small groups (1:3 or 1:4 ratio, Tadpole and stroke development 1:6, Adult lessons are 1:2).

Adult group classes are $60 and adult lessons are a ratio of 2:1 as we set goals and customize each program for our adult students.
As payment, we accept Visa and MasterCard. Your card will be debited automatically around the 20th of each month for the following month’s lessons
All programs are non-transferable and non-refundable.
If you cannot make a class, you must call or email to use for a future make-up.
The first month is paid upon enrollment on a pro rated basis.
Annual Membership Fee: $40 per individual or $50 per family and due upon enrollment.
Depending on the calendar month, the number of classes may vary.
Discounts on multiple students and multiple classes cannot be combined.
