British Swim School was founded in 1981 and offers the country’s premier water survival and learn-to-swim program. We’re looking for friendly, outgoing individuals who know how to make every customer feel special by providing outstanding customer service and sharing your fun-loving, enthusiastic attitude with them. Do you have what it takes to be our next Deck Ambassador?

As Deck Ambassador, you’ll be the smiling face that welcomes new children and their parents, ensure they have an excellent experience every class, answer all questions and assist with scheduling. You’ll also enjoy the opportunity to create fun posts to share with parents and build lasting relationships with students and their parents by having fun and sharing your amazing attitude!

What A Customer Experience Ambassador Does

  • Lead pre-lesson team meetings

As a Sales and Customer Service Specialist, you’re the first person new customers talk to and the one customers call when they’re not at the pool. You’re the friendly expert who parents rely on to help them make the right decisions for their children and the trusted resource they turn to as their children progress through our program on their way to becoming safe and happy swimmers.

Swim Instructor
