We were planning a trip to Orlando this year, so we signed [our daughters] up with the British Swim School in early June so they would feel more confident in the water. They have progressed so much in less than 6 months. These two were unstoppable and swam 2-3 hours almost every day for 8 days. Thank you for having such a great team of instructors. Last year, they were terrified of the water. This year, they were swimming like pros! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Saved my little guy

We have been attending parent assisted swim lessons since April of this year (2018), my son is almost 2 years old. We took a long summer weekend in July to visit Portland and the Oregon Zoo. While there, one of a parents worst fears were realized when my son fell head first into a water feature near one of the dining areas. The water was about 2 feet deep, but he fell head first with his feet still propped up on the side of the ledge. Needless to say, he was having a really hard time ‘righting’ himself. I reacted, as the bystanders say, Ninja fast and grabbed him out of the water. He wasn’t coughing or sputtering just looking around wide eyed and wet. I attribute this to the practice he has been doing at British Swim School to saving his life and health, by teaching him when his head goes under close your breathing off. So thank you thank you thank you for providing this essential life skill!
