Our program emphasizes water safety and survival skills all year long. We teach students to float on their back, which enables them to rest, breathe, and call for help, alleviating the “silent” danger of floating face down. Once students master the back float, we progress to swimming strokes and swimming technique refinement, advancing to swimming the length of the pool on their front and back, followed by the introduction of strokes and a focus on speed and stamina. Our methods are tested and proven.
