At British Swim School Raleigh, we believe that learning water safety should be fun and exciting for kids of all ages. That’s why we’ve packed our swimming classes with games\u00a0and fun activities to keep lessons interesting and engaging. Classes are kept to small sizes, ensuring plenty of one-on-one instruction for every student, and are conducted at an indoor, heated pool at Healthtrax Fitness & Wellness Center.<\/p>\n
Our classes start with\u00a0parent-assisted Tadpole and Swimboree\u00a0lessons for children 3-18 months old, and include lessons for toddlers, young children, preteens, teenagers, and adults. If kids don’t know how to stay safe in the water, a day at the pool or beach can be a dangerous experience. That’s why water safety skills are so crucial for children, even those younger than 18 months old. At British Swim School Raleigh, we offer programs for children as young as 3 months old because it’s never too early to get started with water safety. Our swim school teaches kids our Survival of the Littlest program, showing them how to play safe, avoid danger, and back float \u2014 an essential skill that keeps a swimmer’s mouth above water while floating. Our lessons for young children start our with parent-assisted classes, then move on to instructor-led lessons where kids can begin to develop basic swimming skills.<\/p>\n
