Getting Started with Adult Swimming Lessons
Ready to get started, but not sure what to bring for your first swimming lesson? Along with comfortable swimwear and a towel, many of our adult students also bring a swim cap, goggles, and pool sandals. While our indoor pools are heated to a cozy 85-86 degrees, some adult students also bring robes to wear before and after their lesson.
