Welcome to British Swim School at LA Fitness Chicago - Foster

Our warm pool is the perfect place to learn how to swim. We’ve taught swimming for over 40 years, helping people feel safe and confident in the water. Our skilled instructors make learning fun and easy. We work with all ages – from small children to adults – and teach at your own pace.

Once you arrive, enter through the gym entrance on the mall’s upper floor. Free parking is available on the upper level – take the ramp. If you prefer to park on the lower level, use the elevator through the door next to the parking ramp to reach the gym.

Fee Details

We offer a 20% sibling discount and a 20% discount for adding a second weekly lesson
We do not use fixed sessions, so you can start your enrollment at any time to fit your schedule. Students can move up to the next level as soon as they are ready!
All classes are 30 minutes long and billed monthly.
All survival classes are conducted in small groups (4:1 student/instructor ratio max, Tadpole and Stroke Development classes 6:1 student/instructor ratio max).
All programs are non-transferable, and we require 30 days advance notice to withdraw from any class.

Annual membership is $40 for a family, charged with the first enrollment for the family. Any number of members from the family can enroll under one family membership fee
Private and Semi-Private lessons are available upon request and subject to availability. Please call our office for more information.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Your card will be automatically debited around the 20th of every month for the following month’s lessons.
When you initially enroll, your first month’s tuition will be pro-rated based on the number of classes you will receive. If you enroll on the 15th of the month or later, you will automatically be registered for the following month as well.
