Our swimming\u00a0lessons are available to kids and adults of all different ages and abilities\u00a0in Waukesha, Greenfield, and the surrounding areas.<\/p>\n<p>At British Swim School Milwaukee South and Western Suburbs, we have an \u201cadvance at your own pace\u201d program. This allows students to work through our class levels at their own speed. Students have the time they need to thoroughly learn each new skill, but never need to wait for a new class session to begin to continue learning.<\/p>\n<p>Find the right swimming lessons in the local area for your student and get to know our program with this quick overview:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Tadpole &amp; Swimboree, parent-assisted classes for ages 3-36 months.<\/strong><br \/>\nTadpole introduces students to the water. Goals include using a swim ring with no tears or fears and\u00a0assisted back floats.<br \/>\nSwimboree is a beginner water survival class. Goals include full submersion and separating from the parent in the water.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Seahorse, for ages 18-36 months.<\/strong><br \/>\nSeahorse focuses on independence in the water. Goals include back floating, underwater rollover and float, and push from wall + roll over.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Starfish and Minnow, for ages 3 and up.<\/strong><br \/>\nStarfish is a beginner class. Goals include water acclimation, full submersion, and no fear\u00a0of the water.<br \/>\nMinnow students begin water survival instruction. Goals include an elementary backstroke, safe pool entry and exit, and independent glides to the wall.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Turtle 1 and 2 for ages 3 and up.<\/strong><br \/>\nTurtle 1 introduces propulsion skills for survival. Goals include side breathing and swimming 10 yards of elementary backstroke and freestyle.<br \/>\nTurtle 2 focuses on correct arm, leg, and breathing coordination. Goals include swimming backstroke and freestyle for 20 yards and treading water for 1 minute.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Shark 1 &amp; 2, for ages 3 and up.<\/strong><br \/>\nIn these advanced classes, students perfect their swim technique.<br \/>\nShark 1 goals include swimming all four swim strokes for 25 yards and performing freestyle flip turns.<br \/>\nShark 2 goals include swimming all four swim strokes for 50 yards each.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Enroll Your Kids in Swimming Lessons Today<\/h2>\n<p>At British Swim School Milwaukee South and Western Suburbs, we know kids learn faster when they enjoy what they\u2019re doing.
