Welcome to the British Swim School – Skokie Pool where learning, having fun and swim safety go hand-in-hand! We are delighted to offer you on-going enrollment in our warm year-round pool.

The British Swim School Skokie pool is easily accessible just west of the intersection of East Prairie and Oakton in our own brick-and-mortar location. We have off-street parking behind the building and plenty of street parking on East Prairie and Louise Streets. This facility features a children’s play space, retail, and snack shop, changing cabanas, as well as poolside restrooms and showers. Plus, you will be working with the area’s best instructors.

We are committed to teaching learn-to-swim lessons and water survival skills to infants as young as three months to adults regardless of abilities. Our small group classes suit the littlest of beginners through to advanced swimmers and to adults. We also offer private, semi-private, in-home, special ability and, segregated classes in addition to hosting birthday parties, summer camps, private event rentals and much more.

Fee Details

One Group class per week is $35 in all Downtown Chicago and Skokie locations.
Each additional sibling receives 20% savings off the 1x per week rate at all locations.
We feel strongly about helping our students learn 3x faster, and frequency of swim matters. Take 2 lessons a week (or more) and receive a 20% savings at all locations. This discount is not applicable to the swim team or pre-team.
All our lessons are 30 minutes long and are conducted in small groups (1:3 or 1:4 ratio, Tadpole and stroke development 1:6, Adult lessons are 1:2).

Adult group classes are $60 and adult lessons are a ratio of 2:1 as we set goals and customize each program for our adult students.
As payment, we accept Visa and MasterCard. Your card will be debited automatically around the 20th of each month for the following month’s lessons
All programs are non-transferable and non-refundable.
If you cannot make a class, you must call or email to use for a future make-up.
The first month is paid upon enrollment on a pro rated basis.
Annual Membership Fee: $40 per individual or $50 per family and due upon enrollment.
Depending on the calendar month, the number of classes may vary.
Discounts on multiple students and multiple classes cannot be combined.
