We are located inside the LA Fitness in Oak Brook right off 22nd & York Rd, with ample free parking, warm water, access to the pool directly from the lobby, and the best teaching team you can ask for!
Our instructors are fun, energetic, skilled and caring. They strive to deliver the best possible experience for every student at every lesson.
