We absolutely love the British Swim School program. Our son started in August 2017, 8 months old at the time, and has learned so much. He’s already graduated to Seahorse level. All of the instructors are excellent, I wouldn’t be able to pick a favorite. We attend the JCC Bayonne location. The locker rooms are clean and convenient for getting your little one ready for class. And pool is always nice and warm. Thanks to the staff for providing such a great experience for the kiddos. -Nicole B. (Bayonne)
My 5-year-old loves her swimming classes with the British Swim School. The instructors are great, knowledgeable and most importantly made learning fun for her. She was never pushed towards achieving the parameters to move up the class. She did it on her own with gentle help form her instructors. I would highly recommend British Swim School to anyone and everyone.-Nalini N. (Jersey City)
Thank you for opening in downtown Jersey City! British Swim School has amazing teachers and the method is so much better than other places. My kids are loving it. The approach of moving up when the kids are ready, instead of waiting for the next session, is great. -Faith L. (Jersey City)
What an amazing program, learning technique and staff! Worth every cent! You will not be disappointed in this program. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to learn to swim. Even the babies were amazing. I saw one swim underwater right to her mother. She must of been 9 months old. I was extremely impressed.-Susan K. (Bayonne)
My 4-year-old son started lessons a month ago and so far, our experience has been great. We are always greeted warmly by the staff and teachers and they are all friendly and professional. The pool and locker room at Secaucus are also wonderful, clean and new. My son was initially afraid to put his head in the water or float on his back, but by the 3rd week he was much more comfortable doing both and said that he loves going to swim class! he also loves the 5 minutes of free play at the end of class where the kids wear floats and play with toys. look forward to continuing his lessons and I believe that BSS will get him swimming by himself soon!-Tammy P. (Hoboken)
At 5 months old, my little one was afraid of the water, to a 6-month-old who absolutely LOVES it. I would HIGHLY recommend BSS to anyone and at any age. Staff is fantastic, and instructors are incredibly great at what they do! Take my word, you got to try it out! Fun for the whole family!-Kate C. (Secaucus)
My daughter went to a private girls school in NYC and over the years was involved in many activities, both in the city and out in the Hamptons. I have never seen a more wonderful, better run program than BSS. The classes themselves are fantastic, but the staff! Just beyond anything I’ve ever seen. So organized, so on the ball. Kind, personable and incredibly competent. Really mind-blowing. The level of professionalism and, especially, customer service, is like nothing I’ve ever seen. Thank you so much for everything you do, and congratulations on how beautifully you do it! – Anne S. (Jersey City)
A special shout out to Remy and Melanie at Secauacus Xchange for being such amazing instructors, my kid is a Tasmanian devil…she has the ability to spin like a vortex and bite through nearly anything, but they are always so patient with her that she always ends up having a blast!
