Scheduling this make-up is free if we are notified in advance of the absence, and $10 if it was an unannounced no-show.<\/p>\n<p><b>Restrictions<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Students are eligible for one make-up lesson per month for each class taken in a week. If a student takes 2 lessons per week, they are eligible for two make-ups per month. (And so on)<\/li>\n<li>Make-ups must be scheduled in advance over the phone (201) 676- 3630 during business hours). No stand-by or walk-in make-ups are allowed.<\/li>\n<li>Make-up classes can only be reserved up to one week in advance.<\/li>\n<li>Make-ups expire two months after the missed class if they have not been used.<\/li>\n<li>Make-ups cannot be guaranteed to be available on the same day of the week as the missed class.<\/li>\n<li>Students who take semi-private or private lessons, and miss a class, have to schedule a make-up lessons within a group class.<\/li>\n<li>We do allow make-ups to be taken across locations and days within British Swim School Hudson Waterfront based on availability.<\/li>\n<li>Make-ups are not transferable, conditional to availability, have no monetary value and are limited to students who are actively enrolled in our swim school. All unused make-ups expire on the day of the last paid class as make-ups cannot be used to extend enrollment after the last paid class.<\/li>\n<li>There are no make-ups for missed make-ups.<\/li>\n<li>Make-ups cannot be used as payment for regular classes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>How to call in an absence in advance to avoid the $10 scheduling fee:<\/b><br \/>\nYou can call our customer service team weekdays or weekends during regular business hours at: (201) 676-3630. (Weekdays 10am-6pm, Weekends 8am-2pm)<\/p>\n<p>You can also send us an email notifying us of your absence. (You can email us at goswimhudsonnj@britishswimschool.com) You should receive a reply within 24 hours.<\/p>\n<p>You must include the Name of the Student and the Class that he\/she will be missing.
