But if they\u2019re a toddler, it\u2019s actually a great time to start introducing them to the pool. And at British Swim School Hudson Waterfront, we offer swimming lessons for toddlers all over the North-Eastern, NJ area. Our pools are indoor and heated, our instructors are gentle and patient, and our approach is fun and engaging for your little swimmer.<\/p>\n<p>With pools conveniently located in Secaucus, Fort Lee, Clifton, Newark, Livingston, Bayonne and Jersey City, some of the different swimming lessons for toddlers we offer include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Tadpole classes:\u00a0<\/strong>The purpose of this class is to acclimate your child to the water in a slow and steady way. Children as young as three months \u2013 and all\u00a0the way up to 36 months \u2013 can enroll in it. It is a parent-assisted class.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Swimboree\u00a0classes:\u00a0<\/strong>Once your child is comfortable in the water, we begin with basic water safety and survival training in this class. This includes teaching skills\u00a0like how to back float with assistance. Again, this is also a class that\u2019s parent-assisted and for those in the three- to 36-month age range.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Seahorse\u00a0classes:\u00a0<\/strong>Our third opportunity for swimming lessons for toddlers in North-Eastern, NJ is the Seahorse class. These lessons take a more structured approach to building on what was learned in earlier classes.
