Ending a child&#8217;s swim training before they are water-safe is a serious decision. You will not be billed for the following month.<\/li><li><strong>If you cancel after the 21st:<\/strong> Your account has already been billed for the upcoming month. To prevent a lapse in skill, we offer several options to help you maintain your child&#8217;s momentum.<\/p><p><strong>Temporary Absences<\/strong><\/p><p>For short-term absences like vacations or brief medical leaves, you can provide advanced notice through our app. This will automatically generate makeup classes, allowing you to reschedule the missed lessons. You can then take these makeup classes before or after your trip, ensuring your child doesn&#8217;t lose their skills.<\/p><p><strong>Medical Leave<\/strong><\/p><p>For a medical leave lasting more than a month, we recommend canceling your account via the mobile app to avoid future billing. Please also provide us with a doctor&#8217;s note for our records. When you are ready to return, a re-enrollment fee waiver will be provided as long as we have your doctor&#8217;s note on file from before your
