Swimming skills can be learned at any age, and once learned, they are meant to last a lifetime.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our adult swimming classes give beginners the following skills, opportunities and competencies:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Water confidence<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">An additional anaerobic exercise for overall cardio health<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A strong foundation upon which to build more advanced skills<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The opportunity to acquire knowledge and experience that can be put on resumes and which could even save lives<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our adult swim lessons are offered at four convenient locations throughout Dupage &amp; Kane Counties, including Carol Stream at the Holiday Inn &amp; Suites, the Glendale Heights LA Fitness, the Naperville LA Fitness and the South Elgin LA Fitness. You can join our adult group classes or, if you prefer, schedule private lessons which can help you meet your goals at your own pace.
