ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FEE

• $40 per student; $60 per family.
• Included with your initial payment

MULTI-STUDENT DISCOUNT

• We offer a 10% discount on monthly tuition to families for their second, third, or fourth student.

PAYMENT METHOD

• As payment, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Amex. No cash or check payments.
• First month’s tuition is paid upon enrollment on a prorated basis.
• After this initial payment, your card will be charged automatically on the 20th of each month for the following month’s tuition.

MAKEUP POLICY

• • We allow FREE MAKE-UP classes for reported absences with 24-hour advance notice or without advance notice for a fee of $10. The Make-up lessons will expire within the 2 months of the absence.

CLASS DETAILS

• All classes are 30-minutes long.
• All classes, including adults, have a small student/instructor ratio, (4:1 student/instructor ratio max, Tadpole, and Stroke Development classes 6:1 student/instructor ratio max)
• Private and Semi-Private lessons are available upon request and subject to availability. Please email goswimchattanooga@britishswimschool.com or call (423)770-8886 for more information.
• Special Ability lessons by certified instructors are available upon request.
• For student enrollments on or after the 20^thof a given month, we will charge the following month’s tuition at the time of enrollment. You will be auto-enrolled for the following month until you cancel. For cancellations, we require written notification 30 days in advance. We will not charge your card for waitlists, but require your credit card information to hold your slot.
