As part of their Grand Opening,\u00a0British Swim School, Hamilton County<\/a>\u00a0is sponsoring a\u00a0Family Safety Event<\/strong>\u00a0on\u00a0Sunday, August 26th, 2018<\/strong>\u00a0from\u00a01:00pm-3:00pm<\/strong>\u00a0at the\u00a0Residence Inn Carmel<\/a>, 11895 N. Meridian St. We invite families to come out to learn more about the importance of water safety year-round. Even though summer is coming to an end, water awareness continues to be important for all families and children in our community.<\/p>\n Parents\/caregivers can participate in a\u00a0FREE Hands-Only CPR<\/strong>\u00a0class. Hands Only CPR is a lifesaving method that has been shown to be as effective as CPR with breaths during the first few minutes of providing care.<\/p>\n For the kids,\u00a0Mr. Daniel<\/strong>\u00a0will be on site sharing his love of music using singing, dancing, games, movement, and instruments. The\u00a0Kona Ice Truck<\/strong>\u00a0will be there along with a\u00a0Bounce House<\/strong>\u2013 so bring the whole family! We will have games, trivia, safety presentations, and prizes!<\/p>\n Other representatives from the community will be present to share information about ways we can work together to keep our children safe and happy throughout the fall and winter months.<\/p>\n Please follow us on\u00a0Facebook<\/a>\u00a0for updated information on the event.
